Terms and Conditions

By confirming your reservation, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Booking Confirmation and Payments

 • Any additional charges incurred during your stay (e.g., add-ons, damages) must be settled upon check-out.

• Payments can be made via GCash or bank transfer.

2. Cancellation Policy.

• No refunds will be provided for “no-shows,” early departures, or cancellations made after the two-week window.

3. Check-in and Check-out

• Check-in time: 3:00 PM

• Check-out time: 12:00 PM

• Late check-out may be requested but is subject to availability and additional charges.

4. Liability and Guest Responsibility

• No lifeguard on duty: Guests are fully responsible for supervising their children while using the swimming pool. The resort will not be held liable for any accidents or injuries within the pool area or elsewhere on the resort premises.

• The resort is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or damages that occur within or outside the resort premises.

• Guests are responsible for any damages to or loss of resort property during their stay. The cost of repairs or replacement will be charged to the guest upon check-out.

5. Property and Personal Belongings

• The resort is not liable for any lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings. Guests are advised to secure their valuables during their stay.

6. Resort Policies

• Karaoke use is allowed until 10:00 PM only to ensure other guests’ comfort.

• Pets are welcome but must be supervised at all times. Any damages caused by pets will be the responsibility of the owner.

7. Governing Law

• These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.

8. Changes to Terms and Conditions

• Adelaida’s Events Place and Private Resort reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.

By confirming your reservation and completing your payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms and conditions.
